Band Properties LLC offers FIVE $1,000.00 Rent Credit Scholarships!

Band Properties is pleased to provide FIVE $1,000 scholarships* to be used towards your rent with Band Properties LLC during your stay at one our properties. 

Our process is EASY! To Qualify you must be or planning to attend State Tech College of Missouri AND have a signed and deposit paid lease with Band Properties for the 25-26 school year prior to April 30th, 2025. If you answered yes, please submit the form below. Awards will be announced by May 15th, 2025.

*Scholarships will be issued as credits towards rent payments with Band Properties LLC.
